Common questions

Where do I get an access key? Your venue's AudioLink contact hands these out. Pep only works at venues running an AudioLink rig.

The app says my venue is offline. The rig computer at your venue is asleep or closed. Ask whoever runs sound to check that the console computer is on and the console software is open.

The Fader screen says it is not set up yet. That screen mirrors a custom layer your engineer builds on the console. The message includes a detail line you can tap to copy and send to your AudioLink contact.

Voice mode will not listen. Pep needs the microphone and speech permissions from iOS Settings. Everything also works over text without either permission.
